For physical calculators purchased directly from EditKing.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the calculator must be undamaged and returned with its printed manual and all included accessories.

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Please contact EditKing before shipping your return so we can provide the return address and instructions.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost, and original shipping charges are not refundable. For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, EditKing covers return shipping and refunds any original shipping charges.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your calculator arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos of visible damage or an incorrect item, if available, so we can help resolve it.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process any eligible refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
